Cancellation, Transfer and Refund Policy: MSA Seminars

When notice of cancellation is received on or before 10 business days prior to the first day of the seminar: Registration fees will be refunded in full, less a $25 service fee.
When notice of cancellation is received 4 to 9 business days before the first day of the seminar: Registration fees will be refunded in full, less a $50 service fee.
There will be no refunds on cancelations for 3 business days or less prior to the seminar.
A colleague may be substituted if you call prior to the date of the seminar and make arrangements for the substitution.
